Production and development
Horz company provides complex projects realization to their customers. By using of continuous improvement instruments we offer high quality level of our products in terms of acceptable prices.
We offer:
- cooperation in the phase of design creation, including CAD/CAM works in 3D. As last example the interface between side window and sliding system in the door for new Porsche Cayenne
- moulds construction, manufacturing and start up
- extrusion, cutting tools manufacturing and start up
- prototyping and mass production
- injection and blowing of plastic materials, including metallic inserts
- manufacturing of parts from PE, PP, PET, EPDM
- print markings and hot tooling
We use injection moulding machines from the renowned companies as Engel, Battenfeld and surpass majority of our competitors in technological possibilities, with clamping force up to 1800 tons in the case of injection. Also we have other technologies at our disposal as blowing, extrusion, cutting and others.
Our parts have large fulfillment not only in hard demanding automotive industry but also in food, cooling, cosmetic and other industries.
Our other activity is the development and construction of special measuring, conveyor and assembling devices. Last our product is equipment for non contact measurement of antennas soldered in PVB foil and optical scanning of parts position glued on windscreen of Mercedes cabrio/coupe.
